The new Minister in the Ministry of National Security, Keith Scotland says he was a little surprised at his appointment, given his responsibilities in Parliament.<br />Nevertheless, he says he feels up to the challenge.<br /><br />He tells us that his main focus in his new portfolio is increasing the public's confidence in the Police Service.<br /><br />Mr. Scotland also says he plans to meet with the Police Commissioner and the President of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service Social and Welfare Association.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
