Deliciously satisfying! #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #desifood #araywahh #dumplings <br /><br />Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3zQy6Bi<br /><br />Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com <br />Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app <br />Facebook: / foodfusionpk <br />Instagram: / foodfusionpk <br />Twitter: / foodfusionpk <br /><br />Also follow for healthy food & kids' special recipes.<br />Healthy Fusion⭕ / @healthyfoodfusion <br />Food Fusion Kids⭕ / @foodfusionkids <br /><br />Recipe in English:<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Prepare Dumpling Filling:<br />-Chicken qeema (Mince) 300g<br />-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped ½ Cup<br />-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 2 tsp<br />-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tsp<br />-Gajar (Carrot) finely chopped ¼ Cup<br />-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste <br />-Cornflour ½ tbs<br />-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp<br />-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs<br />-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 2 tsp<br />-Water 2-3 tbs<br />Prepare Dough:<br />-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups<br />-Water ¾ Cup<br />-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste<br />-Boiling water as required <br />Prepare Chilli Oil:<br />-Cooking oil ½ Cup<br />-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 4 tbs<br />-Pyaz (Onion) 1 small <br />-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 4 cloves<br />-Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1 <br />-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2<br />-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 3 tbs<br />-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste <br />Prepare Dipping Sauce:<br />-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tsp<br />-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 2 tsp<br />-Sichuan pepper crushed ½ tsp<br />-Sugar powdered 1 tbs<br />-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped 2 tbs<br />-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs<br />-Soy sauce 4-5 tbs<br />-Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped<br /><br />Directions:<br />Prepare Dumpling Filling:<br />-In a bowl,add chicken mince,spring onion,ginger,garlic,carrot,pink salt,cornflour,black pepper powder, soy sauce,sesame oil,water,mix until well combined & set aside.<br />Prepare Dough:<br />-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour.<br />-In water,add pink salt & mix well until it dissolves. <br />-Gradually add salty water,mix well & knead until dough is formed.<br />-Knead dough for 2-3 minutes,cover with cling film & let it rest for 30 minutes.<br />-Remove cling film,with wet hands knead dough for 2-3 minutes,cover with cling film & let it rest for 15 minutes.<br />-Take a dough (20g),make a ball & roll out with the help of rolling pin (4-inches).<br />-Use cornflour for dusting to avoid stickiness.<br />-Add prepared filling,apply water on the edges,bring the edges together & press to seal the edges to make a dumpling (makes 22-24).<br />-In a wok,add water & bring it to boil.<br />-Place a bamboo steamer & baking paper,place prepared dumplings,cover & steam cook on low flame for 10 minutes.<br />Prepare Chilli Oil:<br />-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,sesame oil & heat it.<br />-Add onion,garlic,star anise,cinnamon sticks & fry until light golden. <br />-In a bowl,add red chilli crushed,pink salt,add strained hot oil & mix well.
