President of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service Social and Welfare Association Gideon Dickson is looking forward to meeting with Minister in the National Security Ministry Keith Scotland.<br />Scotland has signalled his intention to do so, under his new portfolio.<br />Dickson spoke to TV6 on some of what he would like to discuss with Scotland.<br />Alicia Boucher has the details.
