<br />For months Israel has been warning that it's preparing for all-out war with Hezbollah. Now, Benjamin Netanyahu says the Lebanese militia will pay a heavy price for the rocket strike that killed at least 12 children and teenagers as they played football last night.<br /><br />Hezbollah has denied any responsibility for the attack on Majdal Shams - in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.<br /><br />Israel was quick to hit back, saying it had bombed Hezbollah weapons caches and infrastructure in Bekaa in eastern Lebanon and these areas of southern Lebanon.<br /><br />The Israeli security cabinet has been meeting to discuss its next move, but with its military still battling Hamas up and down Gaza, is it really in a position to expand its war with Hezbollah?<br />
