The Transport Commissioner says heavily-tinted vehicles are a major concern for law enforcement because when officers approach such a vehicle, they have no idea of the threat they could be facing.<br /><br />It is for this and other reasons that the Ministries of National Security and Transport have joined forces to implement the use of tint measuring devices by Licensing Officers and the Police.<br /><br />However, the Minister of Transport says the motoring public has a six week window to ensure their vehicles are in line with the now, four year old, tint regulations<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br /><br />
