Lawmakers seek 'innovative ways' to resolve flooding in Metro Manila<br /><br />House of Representatives 'Deputy Speaker David Suarez, Surigao del Norte Rep. Robert Ace Barbers, and Manila Rep Ernesto Dionisio say that there should be more 'innovative ways' in resolving the flood problem in Metro Manila during a press conference at the House of Representatives on July 31, 2024.
