We followed photographer Shion Nakamura, who draws pictures with his camera, as he took pictures of Kyushu's largest limestone cave.
Kyusendo was discovered in 1973 by the Ehime University Academic Exploration Club. It is believed to have been formed by the uplift of limestone layers on the ocean floor approximately 300 million years ago. With a total length of approximately 4,800m, it is the longest in Kyushu. Investigations are currently ongoing, and as investigations continue it is said that there is a possibility that it may become the longest limestone cave in Japan.

Shion Nakamura, photographer.
https://twitter.com/sionn_cab
https://www.instagram.com/sionncab/
https://www.tiktok.com/@sionn_cab

[Subscribe to our channel here!]
https://www.youtube.com/@Saruko

β–³ Optimal plug-in for film emulation
https://www.dehancer.com/
Use code “SARUKO” for a 10% discount.

[Kyusendo Cave]
https://maps.app.goo.gl/oBTSbPTko8riqo7U9

[Kyusendo official website]
https://kyusendo.jp/

β–½Recommended videos
[Collaboration video with Shion Nakamura]

Scenes of a trip around Japan on foot with a camera in hand Collection of photographer Shion Nakamura
https://youtu.be/NPKg6aE9DAI

Spectacular views of Kameno Falls, Hitoyoshi City, Kumamoto Prefecture
https://youtu.be/Ljjv1IYyEH8

Taking photos like painting a picture Photographer and traveler Shion Nakamura
https://youtu.be/noUph0mhpTI

[Photographer touring Kirishima Part 1] Touring the shrines of Kirishima, the home of Japanese mythology
https://youtu.be/YZB3WwhFAj4

[Photographer visiting shrines, Part 2] Visiting the shrines of Kirishima, landscape photographer Shion Nakamura
https://youtu.be/FEi6QBhHD5g
