The Nutmeg test was an atomic explosion conducted as part of the Hardtack series in 1958. It was carried out by the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) and detonated on May 21, 1958, at Bikini Atoll in the Marshall Islands. The yield of the Nutmeg test was 25 kilotons.
