Sen. JD Vance (R-OH), Trump’s 2024 running mate, held a campaign rally in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Tuesday, hours before Vice President Kamala Harris was expected to speak in the city as part of her tour of swing states.<br /><br />Earlier in the day, Harris had announced that Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz was her VP pick. It appeared to be between Walz and Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro for the spot.<br /><br />After the news broke, Shapiro wrote on X/Twitter that he was looking forward to campaigning alongside Harris and Walz and helping them get elected to the White House.<br /><br />During his rally in Philadelphia, JD Vance was asked about his comments regarding "childless cat ladies." While answering the question, a supporter in the crowd hollered, "this cat lady loves you!"
