The sixty-five million dollar Shirvan/Storebay Local Connector Road and Roundabout Project was officially commissioned on Tuesday.<br /><br />The controversial project, still incomplete and stalled on previous occasions by court action by some landowners, sees two roundabouts and streets named after notable Tobagonians.
