#food, #Fun <br />Tuna Patties <br /><br />Ingredients: <br /><br />1 can of tuna in its own juice <br />1 egg <br />30g cottage cheese <br />2 tbsp. oatmeal or rice flour <br />Salt and spices to taste (I have salt, dried garlic, smoked paprika) <br /><br />Method: <br /><br />1. Drain all the liquid from the tuna. <br />2. Mix tuna, cottage cheese and egg in a bowl. <br />3. Add flour and spices to the resulting mixture and mix well once again. <br />4. Form the meatballs with wet hands and fry them in a drop of olive oil until golden brown. <br />Serve for lunch with a side dish, for dinner with a tasty salad!
