After scoring a 0.0 during one of her Olympic dives, Team USA's Alison Gibson has spoken out about the embarrassing mistake. <br /><br />While trying to complete a two-and-a-half rotation inward dive, Gibson's feet collided with the diving board, disrupting her dive and sending her to the water out of form.
