British supplied robot dogs are being deployed with the Ukrainian forces to carry out spy missions and deliver medicine<br /><br />Ukrainian forces are deploying British-supplied robot dogs to carry out spy missions and deliver medicine to soldiers on the battlefield, it has emerged.<br /><br />More than 30 of the dystopian-looking machines, known as the Brit Alliance Dog (BAD2), were deployed to Volodymyr Zelensky's troops in Toretsk, Donetsk region.<br /><br />The robot dogs, which in reality are ground drones, are used to explore trenches, buildings and areas of dense vegetation that aerial drones struggle to access.<br /><br />The BAD2 machines can travel at speeds of 9mph and can be mounted with over 7kg of ammunition, medical supplies and other front line essentials, reports say.<br /><br />The commander of the Kurt & Company, a specialist unit within Ukraine's 28th Mechanised Brigade, told The Telegraph his unit is utilising the 'very important' machines in a bid to 'save the lives of our soldiers'.<br /><br />https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13754865/British-robot-dogs-deployed-Ukrainian-forces.html
