Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley has expressed a view that UWI political analysts are not doing their homework and are misleading the public with their comments about the recently-held consultations on Constitution Reform and the PNM's position on the issue.<br /><br /><br />Dr Rowley took the lecturers to task for misleading the public.
