Akari reaches first semis in PVL<br /><br />Akari made its first semifinals appearance since joining the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) in 2022, overcoming the gutsy Farm Fresh squad, 17-25, 25-18, 25-22, 25-23, in the knockout quarterfinals of the PVL 2024 Reinforced Conference at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City on August 24, 2024. Grethcel Soltones and Oly Okaro both chipped in 17 points, while Ivy Lacsina added 12 points to help Akari's cause.<br />The Chargers now look ahead to win its first ever title in the league.<br /> <br />Video by Nicole Anne D.G.
