More than 70 firefighters and 10 fire engines are today (Mon) tackling a blaze at a second block of flats in London.<br /><br />Crews were called to the fire at a high rise building at New Providence Wharf, Blackwall, London.<br /><br />London Fire Brigade say half of a flat and balcony on the 25th floor of the 45-storey building is alight.<br /><br />Video taken of the blaze shows thick plumes of black smoke pouring from an apartment in the middle of the building.
