Earthquake rattles Tonga during opening of PIF summit

A 6.6-magnitude earthquake, with an epicentre about 200km north of Nuku'alofa, has rattled the opening day of the Pacific Islands Forum Leaders Meeting in Tonga. Video via AAP.
