Japan, Taiwan Hold Talks on Maritime Issues in Taipei

Japan and Taiwan have held discussions in Taipei on how to work together on maritime issues, including security and marine science. The talks come after Japan intercepted two Taiwanese fishing boats in Japanese waters in July and issued hefty fines.
