To say that Norway had a rainy summer would be an understatement, and this video shows why. <br /><br />Shared by Sandra, the footage captures a popular festival site in Drammen inundated after heavy rains. <br /><br />"We have a festival in Drammen each August, called Elvefestivalen (River Festival)," the filmer told WooGlobe. "We went there because the news reported that it was flooded due to the recent bad weather. <br /><br />"They had to cancel the Tivoli.
