In this episode of Kitchen Nightmares, Chef Gordon Ramsay attempts to help a struggling restaurant with an identity crisis serving both Indian and Irish cuisine. The restaurant has three managers and Gordon finds the weakest link in Martin, the general manager. The kitchen is a disaster with no direction and no head chef. The basement food storage area should have been condemned when they find out where the flies in the dinning room are breeding.
