Flames shoot from Black Country house in fire being treated as arson

A house fire in Penfields Road, Amblecote, sent flames and plumes of smoke into the sky earlier this week.<br />A 60-year-old man has since been arrested and charged with arson with intent to endanger life.<br />Video: Rebecca Pearson
