Police are hunting a knifeman after a 13-year-old boy was stabbed to death at a house in the West Midlands. <br /><br />Emergency services were called to an address on Lovett Avenue, in Oldbury, after the teenager was fatally knifed at around 4pm yesterday (29/8).<br /><br />The schoolboy was treated by paramedics but despite their efforts he could not be saved and was pronounced dead at the scene on the Lion Farm estate. <br /><br />West Midlands Police has launched a murder investigation and said detectives were following 'active lines of enquiry' to catch the person responsible.<br /><br />A force spokesperson said: "We have a team of detectives investigating exactly what happened during this tragic incident and we're following active lines of enquiry to identify who was involved."
