Six Israeli hostages in Gaza 'brutally murdered' by Hamas<br /><br />Six Israeli hostages in Gaza have been confirmed dead by their families after Israel’s army said it had found their bodies in an underground tunnel.<br /><br />In a statement released on Sunday morning, the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) said the hostages were discovered in a tunnel in the southern city of Rafah on Saturday.<br /><br />The bodies of Carmel Gat, 40, Eden Yerushalmi, 24, Hersh Goldberg-Polin, 23, Alexander Lobanov, 32, Almog Sarusi, 27, and Master Sergeant Ori Danino, 25, have since been repatriated to Israel.<br /><br />The Israeli military said that all six hostages were “brutally murdered” by Hamas, possibly only a day or two before their bodies were found.<br />#sixisraelimurdered #israelihostagesingaza
