A family lawyer has shared what Molly-Mae and Tommy's split might mean for them legally - including who gets the £1m engagement ring.

Tracey Moloney, 54, says it's unlikely Molly-Mae would be expected to return the sparkler Tommy proposed with.

Family solicitor Tracey claims under typical circumstances when a proposal is accepted, the ring is seen as a 'gift' - not just given on the condition they marry.

Tracey insists this means the £1m ring would be Molly's to do with it what she chooses unless Tommy could prove he was only giving it to her on those conditions.

She also explained possible scenarios for how they might handle their daughter Bambi's care - if they aren't able to decide amicably.

Tracey suggested Bambi's current daily routine and parent's schedules - including Tommy being out of the country for boxing - would be taken into account.

Therefore she reckons if it comes down to the courts, Molly-Mae would be more likely to get custody of the tot.
