Another deadly shooting in Tobago takes the murder toll to twenty-two.<br /><br /><br />The victim is Alvin Daniel of Parlatuvier.<br /><br /><br />Mr. Daniel was shot as he exited his Parlatuvier home shortly before six o'clock on Wednesday morning.<br /><br /><br />Elizabeth Williams has more in this report.
