Former PCSO exec tagged in illegal gambling, murder<br /><br />Former Cebu City mayor Tomas Osmena, in an ambush interview with reporters on Sept. 19, 2024, says that former Police Colonel and Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) general manager Royina Garma is 'more dangerous than Napoles' due to her alleged involvement in illegal gambling, as he claims that the PCSO lost P80 billion in revenue during her time. She also said that Garma was allegedly involved in the murder of a police captain, whose daughter is now acting as his legal counsel.
