The House of Representatives quad-committee on Thursday, September 19, scrutinized the graduation photo of Katherine Cassandra Li Ong that was presented during the hearing.<br /><br />Ong clarified that the photo was taken on the graduation day for students from the Alternative Learning System (ALS), and she was not among them.
