A man is furious after learning no action will be taken against a cab driver he claims was caught on CCTV defecating outside his home in Dagenham, East London.<br /><br />Colin Aylward discovered the footage while searching for flytippers and found human waste and blue tissue paper the next day.<br /><br />Despite reporting the incident to police and the local council, Aylward says neither has taken action.
