He has been playing in Saudi Arabia since his dad's move to the Kingdom two years ago.

The teenager has also turned out for Real Madrid, Juventus and Manchester United, following in his father's footsteps.

However, Ronaldo Snr has no plans to force him into continuing his legacy.

'I will never pressure him. He will do what he wants,' he said in 2022.

'Also what I want the most for Christianity and everyone else is that they're happy and that they choose what they want. I will support you in any way.'

Five-time Ballon d'Or winner Ronaldo recently scored his 900th goal for club and country combined and has expressed his desire to reach the 1000 milestone.

His wait could eventually see him cross paths with Cristiano Jnr. '

He said: 'My son tells me: "Dad, hold on a few more years, I want to play with you".'
