One dead, 7 missing as heavy rains trigger floods in central Japan<br /><br />A small canal in Japan's Anamizu city is filled with muddy water as "unprecedented" rains trigger floods and landslides in the quake-hit region of Ishikawa, where authorities have told tens of thousands of people to evacuate.
