The Sheffield Campus Coalition for Palestine has re-established the encampment which survived three months on Sheffield University grounds before being evicted in August 2024.<br /><br />The camp is now in place just outside the area specified in the eviction notice. It is in Weston Park - Sheffield City Council land - on a strip of grass directly underneath the window of university Vice-Chancellor Koen Lamberts' office.<br /><br />The Star's Harry Harrison visited the camp on it's first day to speak to members of the group.
