Sir Keir Starmer no longer has a mortgage on his £2 million townhouse in north London.The Prime Minister and wife Lady Starmer paid off the Barclays Bank loan taken out on their four-bedroom property in Kentish Town, official documents show.The couple, who have two children, are now in the top one-third of English homeowners who don’t have to make mortgage or rent payments.
