A total of 65 people are being bestowed National Awards, some of them posthumously.<br />The highest among the categories; the Order of the Republic of T&T, is being awarded for distinguished and outstanding service to the country.<br />The ceremony is underway at President's House.<br />Alicia Boucher has the details.
