Supporters celebrate Thailand's same-sex marriage bill in Bangkok<br /><br />People gather in central Bangkok on Sept. 25, 2024 to celebrate the passage of the same-sex marriage law. The event featured a vibrant rainbow-colored canvas, with performers dancing and attendees signing their wishes on a white canvas. Thailand's King has endorsed a marriage equality bill passed by parliament earlier this year, officially making the kingdom the first country in Southeast Asia and third place in Asia to recognize marriages of same-sex couples.
