The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) reported another phreatic or steam-driven eruption at Taal Volcano at around 12:39 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26. <br /><br />Based on records from the Taal Volcano Observatory located in Brgy.
