The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Rocket Force launched an intercontinental ballistic missile carrying a dummy warhead into the high seas in the Pacific Ocean on Wednesday morning, according to the Ministry of National Defense.<br />Relevant countries had been notified in advance.
