A Proposed Russian Law Would Ban “Childfree Propaganda”

Russian state news agency TASS reported Wednesday that a bill banning so-called “childfree” propaganda had been submitted to the State Duma, the lower house of the country’s parliament. Veuer’s Matt Hoffman reports.
