I made a famous street food in Korea, corn dogs.<br />(In Korea, it is called a hot dog.)<br />There are a lot of different toppings, so I made three.<br />It's really crispy and really tasty.<br />It's not difficult to make, so make it with your family.<br /><br /><br />*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).<br />[5 completed]<br />✤ Dough Ingredients<br /> - 150g Bread flour (can be use plain flour)<br /> - 50g Rice flour (you can substitute plain flour)<br /> - 30g Sugar<br /> - 4g Salt<br /> - 4g Instant dry yeast<br /> - 1(50g) Room temperature egg<br /> - 100ml Warm water<br /><br />✤ Ingredients<br /> - 3 Sausages (12cm)<br /> - Mozzarella cheese<br /> - 5wooden skewers<br /><br />✤ Toppings<br /> - Bread crubms<br /> - 1 potato (145g) + 1tbsp cornstarch (2 toppings)<br /> - Half instant ramen noodle (3 toppings)<br /> - Sugar<br /> - ketchup<br /> - Mustard<br /><br />✤ TIP<br /> - If you are allergic to eggs, replace with water equal to the weight of the egg.<br /> - If you add cheese, fry it quickly over medium heat as it may leak if you fry it for a long time.<br /> - For a quick fermenting tip, soak the dough in a pot of warm water for 1 hour.<br /> Change the cold water once in the middle.
