13 file CoCs for district representatives in NCR<br /><br />Commission on Elections (Comelec) National Capital Region Assistant Regional Director Jovencio Balaquit announces the closing of the first day of the filing of the certificates of candidacy (CoCs) for district representatives in the NCR at the Comelec regional office in San Juan City.
