Credit: SWNS / The Spinney<br /><br />A care home hosted a wedding blessing - so a 99-year-old could give his daughter away.<br /><br />Fiona Butler-Clayton and new hubbie Richard Butler tied the knot in the Cotswolds.<br /><br />Dad Henry Clayton was unable to travel the long distance to be with them due to his health.<br /><br />But he was still able to do his fatherly duties at The Spinney - his care home in Chingford in London.<br /><br />On hearing of the couple’s dilemma staff there offered to host a wedding blessing to take place following the couple’s June wedding.<br /><br />The blessing, which was performed by the minister from Chingford United Reform Church, was attended by members of Fiona and Richard’s family.
