Israeli air strikes have hit Beirut after the Israeli military warned people in a southern suburb to evacuate.<br /> <br />Strikes hit the southern Dahieh area, where the Israeli military issued several warnings, telling people to evacuate areas near buildings it said were Hezbollah facilities.<br /><br />As air strikes continue, Lebanese authorities said four hospitals are now out of action.<br /><br />Israel has been attacking the city for more than a week, saying it's targeting Hezbollah's leadership and infrastructure.
