Try the best #Stuffed #Potatoes with #Qeema and #Cheese Topping #JhatPatRecipe #FoodFusion #HappyCookingToYou<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Mince Chicken 250 gram<br />Potatoes Large 5-6<br />Onion thinly sliced 1<br />Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon<br />Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon<br />Green chilies paste 1 Tablespoon<br />Salt To taste<br />Red chili powder 1 teaspoon<br />Coriander mint leaves as per need<br />Mozzarella Cheese as per need<br />Green onion as per need<br />Tomato thinly sliced 1<br />Olives 5-6<br />Butter 2 Tablespoon<br />Black pepper to taste<br /><br />Directions:<br />Qeema:<br />Heat oil in a pan and add thinly sliced onion. When onion are brown add mince chicken, ginger garlic paste and green chili paste. Cook for 5-6 minutes,<br />Add red chili powder and let it cook until chicken is cooked well.<br />Add chopped coriander and mint leaves <br />Fry for 2 minutes. Your filling is ready. Set aside to cool. <br />Potato stuffed:<br />Half boil potatoes for 10-15 minutes. <br />Slice tops off of potatoes and scoop the flesh out, leave skin intact.<br />Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.<br />Fill potato with salt, butter, mince chicken, green onion, tomatoes. Add cheese on top, garnish with olives, black pepper and bake for 20 minutes.<br />Qeema stuffed potatoes are ready to serve.<br />
