When a pensioner was left widowed almost a decade ago, she decided to do something positive with her grief to cheer others up. Adele Williams started her journey to ‘bling up’ her mobility scooter. <br /><br />Adele, who lives in Shipley, said: “I just want to make people happy. For two and half years I couldn’t afford a microwave or oven because I spent all my money on doing up Tallulah.” <br /><br /> <br />
