The Prime Minister says that advice by an Assistant Commissioner of Police to women about how to avoid domestic violence is very similar to statements he made on the subject a few years ago for which he was heavily criticised. <br /><br />The Prime Minister spoke on the matter in Parliament on Thursday, in reference to what he called the "horrendous situation" of the double homicide of a woman and her infant baby in Barrackpore by the woman's alleged former partner. <br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.
