Somebody better offer a bar of Snickers to the frog featured in this video, because it's clear as day that it's not acting right. <br /><br />"I was about to pull onto my drive but noticed the frog, so I got out as I didn’t want to run it over," the filmer, Phoebe, told WooGlobe. "I tried to shoo it away.
