Locals shared their concerns about the rising prices when we visited the ‘most up and coming’ neighbourhood in Bristol. <br /><br />The rate at which house prices are rising can give an indication of the most up and coming areas of Bristol. <br /><br />It’s not too surprising the City Centre and Harbourside had the highest rise (20.5426%) in the last year. <br /><br />We visited the harbourside to find out what locals think of the area. <br />
