A man is in hospital after a crash on Edith Rigby Way which shut the road for nearly four hours on Wednesday evening.<br /><br />The Preston Western Distributor was closed by emergency services around 5.30pm close to the roundabout with the A583 leading towards the Docks and Lea Gate.
