A surfer survived a bull shark attack - and was back on the waves just five days later.<br /><br />Charley Hajek, 62, says even seeing 11 sharks since his foot was chomped, hasn't scared him off the board.<br /><br />Not even huge Hurricane Milton waves have stopped “Gnarly Charley" - as he's known - getting back out on the water off New Smyrna Beach, Florida.<br /><br />"The sun was out and the waves were fired and I did what I wanted to do," he says.<br /><br />Disaster struck on as Charley was coming in from the ocean on his 148th straight day of surfing, on September 22.
