Credit: SWNS / Nithun Puvirajasingam<br /><br />A man depressed when a girlfriend left him due to his weight gain has lost 64kg - and now works as a personal trainer.<br /><br />Nithun Puvirajasingam, 27, gained 44kg during lockdown and went from 100kg to 144kg.<br /><br />He says his girlfriend couldn't bear to see him "eat himself to death" and left him and he decided to get his life back on track. <br /><br />Nithun has now lost 64kg - bringing his weight down to 80kg - and now he even works as a personal trainer. <br /><br />Nithun, from London, used to be very sporty and loved to exercise. <br /><br />He played rugby and went to the gym often until lockdown hit - leaving him stuck at home.<br />
