Marcos orders use EDCA sites to airlift relief goods to 'Kristine'-stricken areas<br /><br />President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. says on Oct. 23, 2024 that the government will be tapping the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) sites to airlift relief goods, equipment and personnel needed for relief and rescue operations in areas affected by Severe Tropical Storm "Kristine."
